I use it with MythTV and it works really well. All the standard keys work as advertised and it is easy to reprogram keys using the mapping tables in MythTV. We use it in a bedroom so the remote is about 12 feet away from the receiver. I've been using it for a year now with no issues.
One complaint - the keys are a little stiff.

Con: Seems a little on the cheap side. Not as many options as other remotes.
Overall, I would certainly buy this again.

I configured and installed LIRC for Ubuntu to use this with mythTV. It works perfectly. However, installing LIRC and configuring it is not that easy for someone not used to Ubuntu/Other linux. But once done, it works perfectly.Customer Review: Great remote
