Customer Review: A Simple Skin For Simple Ipod Touch Uses

If all you need is a protective skin for the metal shell, this will do you great for the price and the performance. I have had mine for over two years and this includes in pocket use, and it still looks brand new. Mind you i am careful about not keeping my keys and change in the same pocket, but its also because i know i dont want to scratch the screen either, which i use a small protective plastic application on that as well. This truly will keep it safe from scratches when lying it down and so forth. Of course its not bullet proof, and for something like that you need to move into the leather area. What i wish was out there was a leather case for an ipod touch to fit into while wearing one of these silicone skins. I think it would give a much better and all around protection with a leather flap to come over the front, and also give it a great shock absorbancy if it were dropped, but that is just me wishing.
