Just got the case for my Acer Aspire One netbook. The picture makes it look like it might be a bit more snug than it really is. There is plenty of room for my netbook. I'd say a half inch or even more around all the edges. Fits the netbook quite well. I have an IOmega bluetooth mini-adapter I leave in one of the USB ports. It doesn't even begin to get tight there either. (although the great tiny adapter gets some credit here)
The memory foam is nice, though not necessarily thick. So it is just as advertised. It will definitely help prevent accidents, but I wouldn't want to do a six foot drop test over and over. But its great insurance.
The front pouch is really nice. There is actually enough room to stuff away my bluetooth mouse and a mini-DVD player. A bit snug, but I never for a second thought the DVD and mouse would both fit. A surprising plus that it does.

Quite satisfied and recommended.
