I bought these cables because I knew that I was getting ripped off at Best Buy. When I was shopping Amazon there was such a large selection I had no idea which to buy. I settled on these because there were some good reviews by "techie" types. Whenever I purchase a super inexpensive cable I always wonder if there is going to be something wrong with it. I was very please to find out that this was a great cable. Fits snugly, easy to route because of its flexibility, a great length (8ft vs 6ft), solid connectors, and a great price for a piece of fiber optic cable.Customer Review: Excellet. Don't waste money on name brands.

Don't be fooled by big name brands trying to say their cables are superior. Fiber optic cables carry a digital signal so either the information gets through or it doesn't. A cheap cable won't have static or degraded audio. This rule also works for hdmi cables. Simply put, they're too short in length for any signal loss.
