After reading all the reviews, I got this cable still wondering if it would work well. I used a pair of component video cables to hook up my Dish Network HD receiver with my SONY TV. After replacing that with this HDMI cable, the improvement on both video and audio quality is significant. Picture is brighter and sharper. This is a great cable. Are there better cables? Maybe. Probably. Can my eyes and ears tell the difference? Doubtful. Plus I plug in a cable and leave it. I don't understand how people spend so much money for HDMI cables. These are great. I purchased six and it improved picture quality for all four of my 1080p LCDs. I bought two extra ones because of price and just incase I bought another TV. This is an excellent product.Customer Review: It works

I use this cable to connect a PS3 to a Yamaha receiver. Another HDMI cable connects the receiver to the TV. Surround sound and picture are awesome.
As for the cable's construction, it's thick and sturdy. The connectors seem well designed too.

Great cables at a great price; I have purchased approximately half a dozen of the 8 ft and 10 ft varieties and they all work wonderfully-- great picture and great sound. The cables also feel sturdy. Don't waste money on more expensive cables.
