Customer Review: These cables are well worth the money
Summary: 5 Stars

Dude, you have to buy these cables. I used to believe that Monster Cables were the only way to go until I read a guide on hdmi cables on Cnet.com I will post the link at the end. I purchased three of these cables and hooked them up to my ps3, my dvd player and my hd cable box. These were hooked up to my tv in the living room. Now I have the same tv in the bedroom and I am running Monster cables on that tv. I have not seen any difference except that the monster cables look a little bit more professional but these cables are behind your tv and you will never see them so who care about what they look like although the cables to go cables look pretty good. There is no reason to waste you money on the more expensive cables. These cables will please you in ever way. They come with velcro straps and connector dust caps for when you are not using the cables. I highly recommend these cables. If you are still not convinced that the cheaper cables are the way to go please read the free guide on cnet.com Here is the link: http://reviews.cnet.com/hdmi-guide/?tag=mncol;pm

Customer Review: Great price, even better cable!
Summary: 5 Stars

Although you can certainly find HDMI cables at much higher as well as slightly lower prices, this cable definitely hits the sweet spot in matching price, quality and durability. I bought HDMI cables that cost as little as 99 cents and as much as $129 (all for a 8 or 9 foot length). The cheapest units often cause display problems if they are not handled gingerly or their connectors become stressed as you push equipment into your cabinet once connections are made. The most expensive are probably strong enough to pull your car out of the mud or snow if necessary. Why bother with either extreme?

After trying out a lot of different brands and price ranges (I have a ton of equipment scattered throughout my home and office, so I use LOTS of HDMI cables), this one gives you the absolute best value for your money.

Customer Review: Great inexpensive cable
Summary: 5 Stars

The price has gone up since I bought some, so they're not quite the obvious slam-dunk they were, but the construction on these is excellent. If these things have anything resembling competitive pricing when you're shopping, you won't be disappointed.

Don't buy the crap about cable quality affecting sound. With digital transfers, things are typically perfect or don't work at all; there's no subtle degradation. Super-premium brands may or may not have slightly tighter timing tolerances, but this only matters with very long cables, 25+ feet. At 6 or 8 feet, even a poorly-built cable will work just fine, and these aren't poorly-built cables.

If there's anything wrong with a digital cable, you'll know it. Failures are extremely obvious.

Customer Review: Nontech review.
Summary: 5 Stars

I had problems with my Blue Ray player (Samsung - low end)and Samsung LCD television communicating. Specifically, the connection between the two would cut in and out - sometimes sound only, but usually both sound and picture. After months of frustration, reading every forum/blog I could find on the subject, and listening to my wife repeatedly suggest "Why don't you just try buying a new cable?", I did just that. I purchased this HDMI cable at 1/7th the cost the retail stores sell similar length HDMI cables at. The construction appears to be solid, came with a velcro binding strap, and I haven't had any communication problems bewtween my devices since. All I have had to deal with is the "I told you so" expression on my wife's face when we watch films.

Customer Review: just as good as MONSTER CABLE
Summary: 5 Stars

I talked to alot of people, and I still bought the most expensive cable on the market. Then..I thought, at the advice of many, to try a cheaper version. I am happy to say, the expensive cable went back. As this cable is great quality, and there is no difference in audio or picture. If you dig deep enough , you'll discover more $$ doesnt at always mean better. This cable is being used on a 72" plasma...it it just as stunning with this as the "Monster Cable" brand. Do your self a favor, and get smart, keep your extra $$ and buy this. NO one will now it's not Monster cable!
