The one that came with my projector was a little too short and had slight ghosting in light areas. I also bought a 20$ bulky Belkin 6ft one which turns the color yellow when slightly loose. This product has a very thick black wire so the chances of it being damaged are kept to a minimum, I bought this from the UK and recieved it with first class delivery 4 days after it was shipped, this is way before the MINIMUM expected delivery date,

It works, it connects laptop to flatscreen tv and a projector (not at the same time!). Image quality looks good to me. I see no fault.
If you're wondering - YES you do need a separate audio jack cable to connect the sound output from a laptop to your tv.
