I use this cable to connect my pc's video card to my 42" LCD TV. I often download movies, legally of course, and play them from my computer on my TV. This is a great price for moniter cables. I have an HD TV that has they type of plug on the back and use it to hook up my laptop. It is great if you have watch movies on the computer like with Blockbuster or netflix downloads. This is a great cable and a good deal. It works exactly as advertised - whether on my 19" LCD monitor or my 46" 1080p LCD tv. Excellent signal quality, no distortion, and is well-made. Thanks for the excellent cable! I used this cable to connect my laptop to JVC 1080p HD TV (video only, no sound. This cable means to connect to TV as monitor). The display on my TV is much better than my LCD laptop display. The cabe is really thick but very soft and flex so it can turn conners.
