I ordered a cable so that I could hook my computer to my TV. The cable came quickly and worked well for a time. After a few days the cable stopped working. I contacted the company and they replaced the broken cable with no questions asked. When I first took this package out, I thought I had stepped back through time - thick shielding, ferrites on both ends and even extra nuts for screwing in extensions; this is one serious cable, and for less than most retail "cheapo" models! This works great, with a very clear HD picture. I was concerned by some of the poorer reviews that I read before buying this product, but I think that some people may simply not have their display setting correct on their computers because as long as my "mirroring" selection is on, I just hook the cable to my computer!Customer Review: Superb Service, Unbeatable Price
