This cable feels very heavy duty, I get no ghosting on my 22 inch CRT monitor with it coiled up beside it. I got it to extend from the PC because I switch sources a lot and don't want to buy a KVM switch that may or may not have ghosting.(I have yet to see a really well reviewed one), or to wear out or otherwise bungle my PC's output.
That's sort an oddly put rant, but it will have to do. The cable is very thick and well shielded.

This is one of the best products to buy if you want to connect your laptop to your HDTV. It is long enough to sit at least 7 feet away from TV and at the same time navigate on the big screen.
Don't buy into big claims of Monster cables since they deliver the same product as this cable. So think before risking $90-100 vs $12-15.
I would rate this product as one of the best one available in market...

Very quick to receive the cables. Much better quality, longer, and much cheaper than in the store even though I had to pay for shipping.
I used this to change my kids TV's into dual purpose computer monitors. Saving desk space and getting rid of those older big computer monitors when they already had a flat panel tv. Also when they want to watch movies via the internet they will already be set-up easier too.

We purchased this cable not knowing that Sony provides a shorter cable as a standard accessory for the LCD television we bought. It is approximately twice the length of the supplied cable and is quite a bit thicker, presumably due to heavier shielding. The extra length allows you to sit a comfortable distance from the TV and the image is very sharp. For the low price, we view this as a very worthwhile investment.Customer Review: Great Cables

I hooked these cables up to my Dell Inspiron 6000 laptop and my new Vizio 32" LCD HDTV. Excellent picture on the TV playing DVD's on my laptop as well as clear, sharp presentation of my desktop on the Vizio when using as a monitor. This is not a "plug and play" operation. Finding info as to how to get my laptop to output the signal to my TV took a lot of searching, but it's very easy once you know what to do.
