I order these for my workplace because it's pretty common that users who may not have a brand new computer need to plug in a flash drive but the only available USB ports are on the back of the computer. I suspect that Cables To Go uses different suppliers for these cables, even though they have the same product number. Contrary to other reviews, my cable IS white and DOES work with USB2.0. It, however, does not look like the product photo. I'm giving it 5 stars because mine works perfectly, but caveat emptor!Customer Review: Does what it's supposed to do

Does what it's supposed to do. Works great with Belkin USB hub (I bought both together). USPS delivered really quickly. I have attached 2 1 TB each external hard drives and USB speakers (Logitech). Works both with Ubuntu and Windows. I have not noticed any speed degradation. I will recommend this!Customer Review: Love it! Saves my knees.

I have an older PC, where the USB port is in the back of the CPU instead of the front. I use a flash drive fairly often, and this way, I don't have to get on my hands & knees to plug the flash drive into the USB port. I just have the cable handy at the side of my desktop. I needed this USB extension cable because I have a small camcorder that I need to plug into my computers, but the USB arm on the camcorder is too short to use by itself without risking damage to the camcorder. This USB extension cable arrived fast and works perfectly for my intended use.
