Customer Review: Corsair Memory - The Best!!!

I had purchased Corsair memory when I first built my computer, at the time it was one of the few that would work and the most that was available. I was running XP and only needed 2Gb. Everything was good until I upgraded to Windows 7, for a while things were okay but I noticed a big difference in a short time that my computer was running slower due to a lack of resources, memory. So looking for additional wasn't sure how compatable this C9 would be with my existing C7 speed chips, also the voltage was different. Adding another 4Gb was a minimum and the cost of matching C7 memory was nearly $300, looking for a cheaper alternative, this one only $75. If my old memory wasn't compatable at least I would have 4Gb. After a little trial and error of which slots to install which sets and getting the timings set to match the old memory, I now have 6Gb of working fast and stable system memory.
