I am very happy with this product. I run a paranormal group in pennsylvania. This item works perfectly with my sony camcorders and I am satified with the quality. I will be upgrading to the IR100 for more range in a bigger room. I wanted to test this one first and it passed with flying colors. I can also use it with my black and decker portable power units in areas that there is no power. I reccomend this product for security and for serious ghost hunting teams. Make sure your camera is IR sensitive though. It works extremely well with Sony handycam camcorders--so it will save you a ton of money on batteries. Plus it will work better than the Sima portables that last 45 minutes. The main reason why I bought it was to have a plug in model and boy is this going to be worth it. I will be getting more of these.

Without this kind of special cameras, these infrared lights will not work well.
