This summer I want to start taking flying lessons, since I am busy in school now, i got these to practice with with MFS X. These are very realistic. They are really fun to use since they simulate the real thing. The only down side was the price, but overall it was a good buy! Customer Review: great product

this is a great product and I would reccomend it to anyone! The plug and play features worked great and I was using Vista! It took my FSX experience to a new level! The only problem i can say i had was that my chair is on wheels and i kept pushing myself back, but that isn't really the pedals fault. go ahead and get it, but first secure your rolling chair.Customer Review: USB Pro Pedals

This is my second purchase of this product. The first one eventually displayed a possible defective Pot and the result was I was unable to steer the airplane down a runway/taxiway, it was to sensitive. My second purchase of this product thus far is proving to be a good product. I will hope they used good quality Pots and will not get dirty like the last one. Customer Review: Very Disappointed

Spent the extra $34 dollars for next day, (Friday) so that I would have the item to begin training simulation before I started my flight classes on Monday. Item was shipped without the attachment hooks for the desk. As a matter of fact, very crappy packaging. Contents of the box, the yoke. Yes, that is correct, no manual, no cd like it says on the outside of the box, no attachment hardware, etc. I got the cd because I actually ordered the accompanying pedals. However . . . it's the principal!
I called CH Products immediately. They laughed at first, and asked ME how it was possible that the contents did not make it to the box. After some frustration, they told me that they would ship it to me overnight and I would have it Saturday by 10am so that I could start training. Feeling now that they just wanted to get me off the phone, as it is currently 1:15pm and I have not seen a truck. I should have known better when the original kid that answered the phone sounded like he was at a summer job, bout' 14 I'd imagine?
My instructor actually suggested other hardware. I went beyond his recommendations and bought the CH stuff because of a couple reviews. What a mistake!
If you're thinking of the CH yoke and pedals for your simulation needs beware. Yes the product seems sturdy, however, it might appear that all they care about is getting the product out the door and not really concerned about satisfying the customers needs. Very poor.
