Digital Cameras Photo Reviews of CAD Audio EPF-15A Pop Filter on 15-Inch GooseneckCustomer Review: Easy to use Summary: 4 Stars
This pop filter does exactly what it purports to; the flexible neck *does* sacrifice a bit of flexibility in favor of stability, which can be a slight drawback if (like me) you use it on a tabletop mic stand. Still, quite recommended.
Customer Review: Works well Summary: 4 Stars
The pop filter is of decent quality. The stand is not as flexible as I might have hoped, so it makes it hard to use it with the desktop Blue Snowball microphone that I have, but that's remedied by attaching it to the desk itself.
Customer Review: Decent Summary: 4 Stars
Not a bad filter, but sure there are better ones. I wouldn't spend a fortune on one anyway, so this does well.
Customer Review: This is a must for voice over artists! Summary: 4 Stars
I love this pop filter. I bought 4, and use them for my podcast, RoneyZone Radio. I won't record without one.
Customer Review: Pop Pop Fizz Fizz Summary: 3 Stars
I'm a fan of Amazon, and was happy to find - surprised too at first, several products to help me get started on my new home recording venture. This product - the pop filter, is straightforward, functional addition to my new studio, and is no more and no less than what I needed to protect my condenser mike and minimize plosives. But among the half dozen other items I purchased, was an Alessis mixer, kind of the lynch-pin to my set-up, and one of the more expensive items on my list. Everything else arrived on time - but (as of this writing) I am still awaiting this simple digital mixer. Its like I got the tires, the muffler, and the engine block to a new car - but I'm still waiting for the car body. And to top it off, Amazon now says (over a month after the initial purchase) that there is some doubt I will ever get this product. They sent me a coyly worded email asking me to 'authorize the delay in shipment', otherwise they'd simply cancel it. I wrote back saying I was authorizing them to make good on their promise. So.. the moral is, when purchasing independent elements that go into giving you a certain capability (in photography, recording, etc.) be wary of shipping dates that seem a bit off.. They may say that the item is "in stock" (and this was an Amazon.LLC item) but that may be wishful thinking.
