Customer Review: Feels a lot more solid than it is - warning...

I had one of these to chain three DVD-R writers off of my laptop, and the hub fell off the back of the desk (still connected.) I would have thought that it would be fine given the solid construction (feels like it was built from one piece of aluminum.) However, the mini-USB connector that feeds it bend sideways and pulled completely out of the hub. Careful not to let this hang by a cable!! Needless to say, it is ruined, and it's in the trash.
