Love this cable! Just plug it in and go! Works perfect with my Apple ipod touch 4th generation. This is perfect for linking your ipod to the auxilary jack in your fairly new car. The kids watch a movie on the ipod and get awesome sound with no clicks, hum, or interference. I first purchased a transmitter for my ipod but soon found out transimission by radio frequency is not of enough quality. Better to have this cable to connect directly to your sound system, obviously take care of your system has an aux input for this purpose.

I have purchased two of these now, one for myself and one for my son. We both are very happy with them. We can listen to our Ipods and not have to change stations or deal with fade out. If you have a newer model car with the 3.5mm input jack then this the perfect accessory. There is no need to fiddle with the volume control on the iPod, thus conserving battery power. Since it is using the line out on the iPod instead of headphone out the clarity is amazing! Can't beat it for the price.
