At last I found the Aux cable for my car's input for my Ipod - the Ipod sound quality is great - I can navigate easily through my Ipod library. I looked everywhere in stores for this cable - the sales folks had no idea what I was talking about - of course sold me a Ipod FM Transmitter(worked horribly). The cable length is perfect - my daughter can attach her Ipod from the backseat if she wants to listen to her library.Customer Review: Nice addition to my new car

This is the single best way to take advantage of your iPod in your car. The line-out signal is superior to the headphone output, expecially when needing that line-level output(like in a car)! It is popular, so be careful. I unplugged my iPod from my car but left the jack...the jack was stolen and nothing else was. I was thrilled to have an aux input in my vehicle. I zipped everywhere with my Nano attached to my dash...then...I got an iPod video. It looks great in a holder on my dash, but unlike the Nano, the headphone jack is on the TOP rather than the bottom - very clumsy in the car. I was looking for a connector like this one and it fits the bill nicely. If only they made it in black or gray!Customer Review: Good quality at a low price

My daughter lost her iPod cable and Wal-Mart wanted something like $18 for a replacement. I ordered TWO of these at a lower price (I think the total cost came to around $12 or $13 including shipping) and now I have a spare for the next time she loses it. I've used the FM Modulators, and the "headphone" to "Aux" (3.5 mm to 3.5 mm) jacks before, and never been happy with the sound quality. This "iPod" to "3.5 mm" gives true line out sound quality, and the "iPod" connection is locked in place (so it doesn't fall out). The sound quality is about as good as you can get going into your "Aux" input - and the price is perfect.
