I love my new CCradio SW I can pick up my stations loud and clear. I live about 75 miles from the 50 mega watt WTAM 1100 in cleveland ohio and with this radio I can pick up WTAM cystal clear and also FM is realy good on the CCradio SW. Thanks to CCrane Company for such a good product. I will be definitely be buying more product from C Crane Comnpany in the future kudos to C Crane for such a good radio and desbite what some reviewers on amazon.com say this radio is realy good.Customer Review: great receiver

I bought the C Crane SW mostly for good AM reception and occasional use for shortwave. It has amazing AM reception, the best I have ever heard. From the central U.S., I receive stations from Texas, New Orleans, Nashville, Minneapolis and Denver. Most of the listening I do is after the sun goes down and the C Crane has not disappointed. I bought an optional antenna that improves the shortwave reception but it will receive shortwave from the onboard antenna very well also.Customer Review: Nice Portable Radio

This is a nice portable radio. It's as good as or better than other portable radios, but it could be better. It's not as good as advertised. I'm waiting for the Redsun RP3100. C Crane will be selling the 3100 in the US. This C CSW model is the Redsun RP2100. If you never heard of Redsun, it is the Chinese company that makes most of the brands that you think are made by your favorite company. Purchased the CC Radio because the AM reception is really poor for this area of Ohio. The reception on the CC SW Radio allows us to bring in many more local and distant AM stations even when they reduce power at night. Great Radio!Customer Review: Great reception, sound & value

This C Crane am/fm/sw radio cures the am fading at sundown, has a strong sound for a single speaker and impressive shortwave reception with no additional antenna. Overall it is a great value.
