THIS IS AN EXCELLENT POD DEVICE FOR LISTENING TO PODCASTS SPED UP TO 1.5 OR 1.3. YOU CAN GO BETWEEN RADIO AND PODCASTS WITHOUT LOSING ANYTHING. I PURCHASED TO REPLACE POGO. THIS ONE RECENTLY CRASHED ON ME AND I NEED TO FIND OUT WHY THAT HAPPENED, BUT I USE IT EVERY DAY FOR THE LAST YEAR. IT HAS GOOD BATTERY LIFE AND THE CHARGER THAT YOU CAN BUY IS A QUICK CHARGE. I FIND IT VERY EASY TO USE WITHOUT MUCH INSTRUCTION. IT HOLDS A LOT OF INFORMATION AND I COULD NOT LIVE WITHOUT IT. I WISH IT HAD A BETTER COVERING THAN THE SILICONE YOU CAN PURCHASE.Customer Review: CC witness WORKS.

I have a RYW/LX recorder that I have been using for a few years. I bought this so I can let the RYW/LX record and use the CC Witness for playback and occasional recording. I have transfered my music to an 8 gig SD card and it works great. The controls are similar but work better than the RYW/LX so it was easy to start using it. You can easily mark a spot to pause a recording and come back to it later. The build quality feels superior to the RYW/LX. In my opinion this is the BEST AM pocket recorder made.Customer Review: Awesome radio/recorder

I have had this radio for a week now and I love it. My favorite thing to do with the C C Witness is to record my favorite TV talk shows and Judge shows and listen to them at work. You just plug in the inline cable to your tv and record. I have also loaded my mpgs on it so now I only have to take one player to work with me. I have an Ipod touch and a Slacker radio but the Witness is quickly becoming my favorite toy to take to work.Customer Review: CC Witness for a Witness

This is a great little FM recorder for recording the conventions and
assemblies that I attend each year. And then I am able to download the recordings onto my computer and later put the information on a CD to listen to again. It's a jewel for ease of use.
If you are looking for a compact voice or AM/FM recorder this is it!
And the price is reasonable too.

First I must say that Amazon.com is great to deal with and had free shipping on this product. I love the CCWitness! It is very user friendly, I started recording my talk radio shows right away. The option to use it as a radio, or listen to the recordings (without the ear plugs) is handy. The recorded programs are clear with no 'humming' background noise. Highly recommend this!
