The Buttkicker adds a whole new dimension to music. I play StepMania a lot, so this was an extremely good buy. The rumble fits the bass sublimely. You can FEEL your music.
I cut a small strip of cardboard from the box it came in, and wrapped it around the chair's axle for a perfect and snug fit.

It attaches to the post of the chair and reacts to the bass response from the game. Works very well with headphones (you can't feel the bass in headphones) Very good for first person shooters and sports games. Music with iPod is very enjoyable. I've been using the gamer for 4 months now with my computer and PS2 games. With this little thing I can FEEL every single explosion and bump and thump. I bought this solely to attach to my Playseat Evolution for my XBOX360 and WOW is all I can say. What a difference this makes to the overall game play. I just received my Buttkicker Gamer today and I must say it adds a lot of immersion to Forza 2 and Dirt, but especially Forza 2. If you're building a racing cockpit of your own I consider the Buttkicker a must have item.
