I was very pleased with the product. It was new, sealed and in the original box. This gives me a sense of ease knowing I am not using a refurbished cartridge...which I just don't completely trust.
The shipment was on time and no surprises. I would definitely use this source again for my copier needs.

The toner cartridge works exactly like the name brand version that it replaced. No complaints. I have purchased generic toners in the past and they have not performed as well. The copies that they made were mediocre at best.

After almost 2 years, the starter cartridge on my Brother printer ran out. I ordered directly from Amazon, and I got my Brother cartridge (and not just a compatible one) quickly and at a much better price than at any of the office stores. Always get the original toner for your printer. We tried to be cheap the first time and got a toner that leaked all over and made a grinding noise in the printer. The supply was used in our 7820n, which is the best Multifunction we've owned, bar none.
