I think this is a great product. Great way to preserve old slides and negatives. My father had slides from 30 years ago. I was able to do them all and they look great.
Also, do remember older slides and negatives are not going to be excellent/pristine quality because of it being older film. People expect to get picture perfect (like digital) looking quality and you are not. But I think something is better than nothing. At least I know we will always have these pictures and can still look back on them whenever we want.
A well worth investment.
