Customer Review: On my second one both defective buyer beware!

I have had two of the 10" Brookstone Digital Picture Frames now the first one came up with the Brookstone logo and nothing happened. Tried powering off a few more times then it finally asked to insert media and worked. Exchanged it because this problem continued. Now the second one works but the edge of the LCD screen is brown especially the corners. It is not the protective sheet that came with it so it is defective too. So I will be returning or exchanging it but not leaving the store till I see this next one works and no brown edge on the screen. I have to seriously question the quality control of these devices I am very disappointed and returning this one to the Brookstone store where purchased.
