As other reviewers noted, it does scratch over time. After a year and a half of heavy use, the area over the Graffiti input spot was heavily scratched. This did not impact the accuracy of text input, but was annoying. The accuracy of text input didn't improve over no screen protector. When the scratched spot got irritating, I simply removed the screen protector, turned it 180 degrees, and stuck it on again. The scratched area didn't obscure the screen and was no longer in the Graffiti text input spot.Customer Review: Not really impressed

I really didn't think this was any better than the cheaper ones and I personally thought it was hard to put on. I don't have good finger dexterity though and that may have caused some of the problem but the palm ones were easier to use.Customer Review: shipping issues

I've never had trouble putting a screen protector on a Palm before, this one was a pain in part because air bubbles are difficult to remove from under the rigid sheet of plastic. Once I finally got it aligned to my satisfaction and with not too many visible bubbles (which took several tries) I discovered my Palm TX was not going to work with this screen protector in place, it was as if the screen couldn't detect the pressure of the stylus. As soon as I removed this protector and replaced it with a thinner, more flexible one everything returned to normal.
The profit margin on these things must be huge, a tiny sheet of clear plastic priced at $12.95, they must laugh all the way to the bank. The bad news is I wasted $12.95, the good news is I have lots of flexible screen protectos left over from my old Tungsten T2 that work just fine. Skip this one folks, you can get a whole package of flexible screen protectors for this much money.
