I bought one of these for my then 3 yr. old grandson. He loved it so much I bought 2 more this year for 2 other grandchildren, 21 months and a 2 yr.old. They love them. I preloaded them before giving them with some of their favorite songs(Handy Manny, etc) and they were thrilled. My son loves running around with this toy. He absolutely loves music and being able to play it and change the songs whenever he wants is so much fun for him. I have this player for about 1 year now and my 3 years old son use it all the times. It is very durable and easy to use.....about the download work just like a normal MP3 player plug the USB cord and you good to go, no software required.
