This is an OK running case for the iPod Nano 4g. The ipod case is slightly off with the positioning but protects the ipod quite nice. Have not yet ran with it but have walked with it in my house and feels great. The texture of the case is great. The problem I have with the case is how hard it is to scroll the wheel. I have only been successful with scrolling the wheel once so I'm just going to have to take the ipod out when I want to change a song or just make a playlist. I love the ipod nano 4g but I would not suggest this running accessory.Customer Review: Does the job

I like this armband alot. It's not uncomfortable, and its perfect for jogs. The setbacks are that the clear plastic part that goes over the iPOD makes the click wheel hard (but not impossible) to access. Also, the armband is very hard to put on with one hand. Basically, you have to attach the velcro, slide it up your arm (which is hard if you have baggy sleeves)and then adjust it (at which point, the whole thing might come apart). If you can get past that, then its really a great buy.Customer Review: Not as good as hoped

Volume control is not that accessible and instead skipping to Next song/last song is what usually happens. Also, lots of moisture collects inside with the Nano when worn for a run or workout. Velcro is starting to come loose already (3 weeks). Nano is easily inserted and is held securely.

I bought this product for someone else and they love it for running and hate it for weight-lifting. So if you are a runner purchase it and if you are a big guy with big biceps (like the guy I bought this for) then you probably won't want to use it in the weight room.Customer Review: Comfortable, Cheap, but hard to control

Everything is great except for the control. There is no way that anyone can adjust the volume with this thing on. Not worried about sweat going in so I cut a circle around the control and that made it much better. Now it is perfect.
