When we moved, I left my old monster cable in my last home theatre room since it was in the wall, so I was happy to find this 25' cable for less. I have been using it for about 2 months and have been very pleased. I am no audiofile but a home theatre type. That said, I'm not sure how you could really tell if an Monster cable would be better... in the end the signal gets to the bass and it sounds good. I feel this is a good trade off to save some $$$ and not have compromise quality of the cable.Customer Review: Great for the price

I replaced the subwoofer in my home theater system originally using the old cable which was just an old RCA cable (unshielded, etc.) After upgrading the cable I noticed a definite improvement in the sound of the subwoofer: cleaner bass and more distinct sound particularly during the action sequences of movies. My cable is relatively long and runs adjacent to the back speakers and an electrical cord. I certainly recommend this cable instead of the crazy prices monster wants you to pay.Customer Review: Sounds great

Such a much better deal than buying from a store. Less than half the price of a big box store and sounds great with my 10" Polk Audio Sub. I can't tell any difference in quality from my 10' "Monster" cable that came with the sub.
Don't let the people at Best Buy or one of those other stores trick you into paying 2-4 times more for their cables. There is not a large enough difference in the material for the typical person to be able too tell.

Needed an extra long subwoofer cable because I was not clear about the eventual location of the subwoofer and was somewhat concerned when I ordered it that such a long cable would pick up radio interference. We live just a few miles from a radio tower and sometimes the phone lines pick up the radio signal. The cable works just fine; no RF interference, no hum. The shielding must be of high quality, and the plug ends look nicely finished.Customer Review: Great cable

I bought a sub that didn't have an LFE out just a L and R line in. This cable works perfectly. I plugged it into the R line in and immediately heard my booms. I was worried at first when I figured out I had to buy a cable because they are all expensive and not very long. NOT THE CASE HERE. This is an amazing deal. 25 foot long cable for under $10! Don't waste your money on a monster cable. This cable will do the job just fine.
