i like doing work in front of the tv, so this has been a great accessory. i used to use pillows, but that would make my macbook pro very hot since the heat couldn't dissipate. i have a 15", and felt like the larger surface area props it up better. the angle works well with longer use and my laptop doesn't slide off easily. it's obviously not gonna cool your laptop like stands with fans, but it works well considering what it is. plus, amazon offers it at a great price. go for it!Customer Review: Great Design

Belkin designs things very well. That funny hole through it is really a cable pass through. My power connector is on the left, but I run it from the right, and put my laptop down to my right. The pass through keeps the cables out of the way, which is very nice. It is also at a nice height for typing, and I have used mine on both 15" and 17" widescreen laptops. The two people that used mine both went out and bought one.

As for the CushTop, I like it. I use it on my lap and on a desktop -it positions the keyboard just right for me. I use the middle section to store my cordless mouse and power supply. Lastly, the overall construction of the CushTop is excellent. I would definitely recommend it to a friend. ANTOnline had the best price I could find for this item. The shipping was fast, and the item arrived in perfect condition. I would order from them again without hesitation.Customer Review: Great!

Bought two of these as Christmas presents for two of my daughters for their lap tops. They loved them! Could sit on the sofa without having to prop up laptops with pillows or sitting in an awkward position to hold them up.One of my daughters is away at college and says it's great if she wants to sit on her bed to do her work instead of at her desk. The laptop doesn't slip or slide because of the material. Would recommend them to anyone using a laptop.

This thing is saving my legs AND my laptop from overheating while I work from home. It's attractive and affordable and the perfect solution for somebody who works on a laptop a lot but doesn't want to sit at a desk all day.
The laptop stays securely on the stand and makes the laptop easy to move around, as well.
The only drawback is that the laptop does get propped up a little higher than I'd like, but overall it's fabulous.
