This is a great surge protector for travelers... it is compact, lightweight, and best of all can charge two USB devices. If I could change anything about it, I'd wish it could be a little bit smaller... but considering everything else good about this device, why complain? The plug rotates, too, so you can plug it into an outlet facing in any of four directions. After I saw this previewed, I held off on buying other similar products... it was worth the wait and I carry it with me whenever I travel.Customer Review: Great for travel

We have several of these and love to use them around the house and when traveling. Your laptop can go anywhere and it is best to always plug it in to protected outlet. I love that you can change the position of the prongs so it will plug into any outlet. Save the protective protective cover for the prongs as I had one of the prongs break off in my luggage - after I lost the cap. Would be nice if they retracted, but nice that you can plug in 3 things at one time. Well worth the money.Customer Review: Fantastic device charger!

Purchased this unit to replace the bundle of power adapters and cords I take with my on my frequent travels, and it is wonderful. It's great for hotels that usually have a lack of easily accessible outlets. The prongs can rotate all the around allowing the unit to be plugged in just about anywhere and the USB ports are indispensable. I use the USB ports to charge my Zune, Blackberry and Garmin GPS and have had no issues. Highly recommended for the techie on the go!Customer Review: Nice Laptop Accessory

Had this for over a year now and can say that it is worth the money. Very versatile product for laptops, especially when traveling and it provides surge protection. Can plug up to three items into it as well as 2 usb charging ports for phones and ipods, etc. Even rotates around the base to adjust the angle in which it plugs in, this makes it easy to plug into tight spots. Easy to share with someone else with a laptop when at airport and electrical outlets are limited.Customer Review: Very useful, even if you aren't travelling very far

I don't know about what heavy-duty users might need, but I've found this product to be excellent for my own purposes. Normally, when I use it, I'll plug in just my laptop, and maybe my 4th-gen iPod Nano. Once, I also charged my phone with it (not a smartphone). The way I see it, though, is more as a more useful iPod wall charger. Again, I'm not a heavy-duty user with oodles of gadgets, but it's a good product, and I highly recommend it.
