Love it -- protects my iPod from sweat and jostling at the gym. I am a slender woman, and the strap is just fine for my arm. I can use all the controls and sync my iPod with the sports sleeve on. Don't forget to look for the screen protector in the box -- it might be easy to throw out if you didn't know it was there.Customer Review: It's worth the buck....

This product is easy to used and sit comfortably on your arm. It helps protect your ipod especially during intense excercises. I had a bit of a problem placing the screen protector without having bubbles on the film which prevents visibility. Working out? Running? Exercising? Working? This is great. I purchased one of these because I was tired of having my nano get banged in my pocket while lifting or having to hold the wires while running. If you have a Nano especially from 2nd generation then having this sleeve is a must have. It fits perfectly (maybe too well up to the point to be a little bit difficult to move the Nano in and out) and I have peace of mine even to run with it. The Belkin sleeve and armband hold my 1st Gen. iPod Nano perfectly. I am a 5'-7" female and armband fits well over shirts and jackets. (It's been chilly so I haven't worn it on bare skin yet.) Don't throw away the packaging without fist removing the screen cover found tucked on the back of the faux cardboard iPod.
