I've used this sleeve with my ipod for 10 hours straight at my lab job. Although not listening to my ipod for the entire 10 hours (to give my ears a rest), I had the iPod strapped to my arm using the sleeve for 10 straight hours with no discomfort. The sleeve fits tight and is light. The strap is comfortable as well. I have an invisibleShield for my Nano so the open space for the wheel and screen are not an issue. I use it while working out and while working around the house. The Nano even fits into a cradle with the sleeve on. Overall a great product at a great price.Customer Review: Great for working out

Great rubber sleeve. Does not increase the size of the ipod much and fits well. The strap works well for working out. The included screen protector is nice. It does not protect the dial, but that has not been an issue for me. Now that the Nanos have been completely overhauled, this review might not be very relevant. But if you've got an old-school Nano and need a good sport band, this is the one. This item offers perfect protection for my iPOD Nano and gives me the option of strapping it to my arm when I'm in the gym, running, or just walking. It can also be used in the work place(if permitted)to keep your hands free. One idea of note; if you have to listen to when a phone rings, it's not a good idea to use this.
