Gel-filled wrist rests are awesome!
I use my PC for about 2-4 hours per day - over the past 15 or so years. I never have any problem with wrist fatigue or pain!
Couple this with a gel-filled mouse pad, and you're good to go!

This is exactly what it looks like, a plain gel wristpad. Its comfortable and well sized and it is as aesthetic as a wrist pad could be expected to be. I am happy with it, I feel much more comfortable at work now.
