This is my second time for this item. I've been using it for years with my iMac. I like the way it fits on the desk in front of the iMac and I can easily stick a thumb drive into one of the ports. I bought this second one for my laptop, to act as a dock. I have a printer, hard drive and mouse connected into the hub, and I can then pop the laptop connection and it will all work together.Customer Review: Sleek and Handy

At first, my husband scoffed at me for paying $30 for a USB port, but now he is a believer! I bought the Belkin to replace a crappy USB he had given me to use, but at one point, my MAC refused to read my jump drive from it anymore. This device also allows you to plug in USB devices easily without having to do such in the USB ports found on the back of your CPU. Purchased this for work. The USB ports on top work well and this device gives me no problems connecting and powering all my USB devices. I also like the cable management clip they attach to the device. Makes things a bit neater. Overall, this is a great device. You can get a cheaper hub, but the added extras make it worth the extra dollars.Customer Review: Very handy

I love my new IMac, but why oh why didn't they provide usb ports on the front or even side? I know they wanted to make it beautiful and uncluttered, which it is. So this little hub solves the problem well. I put it on my slide out tray and doesn't even take up desk space...love it! And the indicator lights are a plus. Well made.
