Since I usually travel with a satchel as a carry on, I really did not want yet another specifically for my recently acquired laptop. This little number is perfect to protect the finish of the laptop in the satchel and has a little padding to help protect against the bumps it might get going through security and under the "seat in front of you". It's really soft and durable material Belkin made. Although it's a little bit bigger than my macbook pro 15.4", it's ok for me. So, make sure that you measure your laptop size and compare to this sleeve. If it's too big or small, you should find another one.Customer Review: Just what I wanted.

I am very satisfied with this purchase. I have a Dell Inspiron 1520 and it fits perfectly. It would be nice to have a similar product with handles to carry it, but this does just what it was made for. It fits well and protects the laptop.
