Although it says it can fit laptops that are 15.4-inches, my laptop itself is 15.5 inches and it fits it with a considerable amount of extra space. It actually feels like it can fit slightly larger laptops however I would suggest using the dimensions of your laptop and comparing it to the dimensions to the actual case. That is probably the best way to ensure that your laptop can fit.
But for it iself, the color is nice, the neoprene is smooth and feels comfortable in the hands to carry. It definitely protects from the dust and the elements, and it can withstand the debris from carrying it in a bag.
Definitely pick this one up if you are worried about some protection from the elements when carrying a laptop in a backpack, messenger bag, or just carrying it. This one wont protect from drops or something though.

I purchased this neoprene sleeve for my Dell Latitude D830. It is a perfect fit. I wanted something that I could keep in my unstructured backpack. I don't have a lot of room in my backpack and this sleeve is cushy but slim. It made it very easy to slip my notebook in and out of without pulling the whole sleeve out of my bag. I think the best feature is that the zipper can open from the top or side. The neoprene was a bit stinky initially, but the smell finally went away. There were several great color combinations to choose from, but this scheme fit my fashion needs. The red color is just as the picture shows. I'm very happy with my purchase. Before writing this let me admit that I got the wrong product, I forgot my new laptop was 16" instead of 15"...
Luckily, it still fits! And I mean that "luckily", because it's a great laptop sleeve. The look is completely unique and looks impressive when you pull your laptop out, the cushioning is adequate and has the perfect balance of protection and slight profile, and it is just high quality in general. The inside feels incredibly smooth, there's a better chance evil puppies will take over the world than this scratching your laptop. And unlike many laptop sleeves out there, the zipper is actually very high quality and *should* last until you get a bigger/smaller laptop

I got so sick and tired of lugging around bulky, expensive "laptop cases" the other day, so I got on Amazon looking for a more manageable solution. Amazon recommended this, and I love it! It snuggly cradles my Dell Inspiron 6000, and has plenty of padding.
What I like most is now I can grab whichever bag I want (backpack, messenger bag, carry-on), and just drop the sleeve in with my other junk. Perfect solution, and I didn't have to buy an overpriced, name brand POS laptop bag.
It wont fit much more than a 15.4" wide screen notebook, but I didn't want it to carry anything else. Thats what my backpack is for.

I just bought this sleeve today for my HP 15.4" widescreen laptop. It fits perfectly snug, but it would be nicer if there was a little thicker foam padding between the layers. The cloth inside is soft and keeps my laptop free from scratches. If you're looking for a nice sleeve for general protection, I definitely recommend this product. The most common thing I can agree on is that the colors Belkin show onscreen differ from the actual product - I bought the black/green sleeve. The green looked like a nice, soft green, but was actually more of a lime green/borderline neon green.
