We used this device in an office and it was simple to install, offered plenty of outlets, and nicely concealed the mess of wires. For the price, you can't beat this surge protector. I am always nervous about buying a surge protector since there so many out there and I heard a lot of them failed and caused damages. I have got this one not too long ago so I can't tell how good it really is yet. So far so good though. I like the compact design that hold many plugs in a clean looking box. Also, the indication of $100,000 damage insurance made me feel somehow secured. This is my second surge protector from BELKIN.
My first one was the bigger model for my home theater equipment, but this time I went for the smaller version for my laptop.
The stores in my area are selling it for much more than AMAZON, so I saved myself some money and the salestax.
Look at the great warranty that BELKIN has.
Their products are quality. Get it, it looks great the way the wires are concealed.

Bought this for use in the Nursery with our newborn. Its a great powerstrip and it will keep her safe.
The plugs leave room for transformers and have other ones for regular plugs.
There are spots to wrap up the cords and tuck them in.
I like that once its closed it looks nice too... looks like a little white box sitting there.

I'm glad I ordered this product. I was about to lose temper as those wires/plugs from TV, DVD player, Wii console, X-Box, Keyboard, etc. were getting out of control... It really de-clustered my living room TV stand area & it made cleaning SO MUCH EASIER. I'm considering of getting another one for my desk with computer (and printers, stand, etc. etc.) area.
