Digital Cameras Photo Reviews of Belkin IEEE 1394 4-Pin/6-Pin 400 Mbps FireWire Cable (6 Feet)Customer Review: GREAT price and fast shipping from eektechnology Summary: 5 Stars
If you went to circuit city, you would see this is $30 there. Here its only 8.99! With fast shipping I only paid about $16 total, half the price of circuit city. Those type of stores (best buy, circuit city, compusa) are a total ripoff when it comes to these cables. Buy from Amazon.com (eektech will ship) and you save lots of $$. Thanks eek for great service!
Customer Review: Works As Expected! Summary: 5 Stars
I was unsure about this wire working well with my Sony TVR-27 and Windows Vista until I connected the two. Once connected, I turned on the camcorder and Vista immediately recognized what it needed to do (launch Windows Movie Maker) and I was transferring video within a minute. I noticed no problems at all and it works very well. I highly recommend it!
Customer Review: Great cable, works perfectly. Summary: 5 Stars
This cable worked perfectly, was packaged great, and was a great buy compared to the cables at local retail stores that can cost as much as $80 (yes, for the same cable, somehow they package them as 'premium cables', even though that's just a scam)
I was finally able to download video off of my DV cam from months ago with this cable.
Customer Review: Great cable :) Summary: 5 Stars
I had been struggling with USB streaming with my camera. Then moved to vista and my usb driver was not supported. Got this cable and everything worked out of the box.
No drivers needed. Just plug & play.
Firewire is also a LOT faster. Movies are transferred sooooo fast now. Can't believe I didn't get this thing before. ^_^
Customer Review: Excellent product, and much cheaper than at the store Summary: 5 Stars
I needed to get mini DV recordings onto the computer, so I installed a firewire card in my PC and then attached this firewire cable to that card; the other side goes into the video camera.
The cable allows for smooth transfer of data from camcorder to the computer, and it's quite a bit cheaper than what stores are charging.
