it's light, quiet and works great! it could work better but so could lots of things. i highly recommend this cooling pad for anyone who wants a good pad for their laptop as its great for its price and function. the one thing i noticed is that the fan gets slightly louder when you have the laptop on batteries but only slightly.Customer Review: Everything it suppose to be

So far this is by far the best product for the money for my labtop. I've priced,and read reviews of other competitors labtop cooling stands. Would difintely recommend this product for labtop cooling and comfortbility as well as fitting snuggly in my 15'labtop case. This fan is quiet and keeps my laptop cool. I am using it on a laptop that has Vista and it gets much warmer than another laptop that has XP. This fan is very portable and easy to use, I even use it with my cushtop while I'm sitting on the couch. I recommend it as it really works even with only one fan.Customer Review: it works

Just with the curve design the heat goes away faster and with the fan the computer tends to stay cooler. It's portable and weighless. Not using the
raise part because I put it my legs (lap?) a lot and I don't feel the heat. Hope the fan last because other people has had trouble with it. Thanks
