I have a 15" MacBook Pro, and this bag is the perfect size to hold my laptop, a few folders, my graphing calculator and a few other small items.
I absolutely love this bag, but it does have a major draw back.
Pros:
Light weight- This bag weighs less than any laptop backpack I've had.
Plenty of pockets- Three zippered/Velcro pockets outside and three pockets, two pencil holders and two credit card slots inside
Durable- I always stuff bags, my swiss gear backback ripped; this bag still looks like new
Comfortable Shoulder Strap- as long as you don't overfill the bag, the strap feels secure and lays comfortably across your body
Con:
Narrow- Binders past 1/2" don't fit and you might be able to fit one hard cover textbook with your laptop, but nothing else significant like a graphing calculator.
The pros far out way the con, but it is difficult to get around not having a lot of space in the bag. If you are willing to carry your textbooks in your arms, you'll have plenty of space for a small binder or folders with your laptop and other essentials. If you keep the contents of the bag flat you'll be surprised how much you can fit. I would not suggest this bag to you if you have a bulky laptop or extra cells in your battery.
