This Belkin 12-outlet surge protector is the best one I've ever used. The cord is 10 feet long - most others are 6 or 8 feet long. The surface of the surge protector is long and thin. The 3 outlets along each of the two sides have space that's wide enough to accomodate extra large adapters. I have never seen this before. With my prior surge protectors, the larger adapters actually overlapped and took up 2 outlets. With this new Belkin, those larger adapters are no problem as they'll use only 1 outlet each with no overlapping. Regular sized plugs can go into the interior 6 outlets. i bought two of these surge protectors, one for a home theater and the other for a computer set up. i love how both of these plugs can go into the same outlet, and they fit! the plug ends are slightly slanted so even though they are 'flat' , you can still plug two of them in. i hate how some of the other plugs are flat, but you cant use two flat ones in the same outlet becuase it runs into your other plug. ontop of that its a great product, all sorts of things fit into it, and i was able to use all 12 easily, despite some of the things i was plugging in were very large. will buy this again if i have the need for more plugs!Customer Review: Excellent product at great price

I bought two(2) of these, one for my computer and home theater devices and one for my parent's TV/DVD/Cable. A wonderfully designed device that has the bonus inclusion of a power cord organizer clip that allows for all of the cords for all of the things plugged into the device, as well as a dedicated slot for the power cord of the device itself, to be neatly tucked away and all run out the narrow end of the device where the coaxial connection is located, thus eliminating the power cords from looking messy. I needed power + coaxial + ethernet (didn't need phone but it's there) and this was an excellent, low-cost solution.Customer Review: Quality Product

Unlike most surge protectors, this Belkin surge protector does NOT feel like it is cheaply made. It feels like a heavy-duty, high quality product. My biggest concern in purchasing this product was that my TV picture quality would deteriorate with usage of the coaxial surge protector; however, this was not the case. HD television channels on my high-def television look just as amazing as they did before. Also, this Belkin protects against a lot more "joules" of electricity than most similarly priced surge protectors. Here's the bottom line: You need a surge protector. This one has it all - safety protectors, cable management, angled plug, long cord, slim design, and coax protection. Why is coax protection important? Well, I guarantee you there is no lightning supression on your coax line. So if you are like me and live in Central Florida, you'll be susceptible to lightning strikes. Don't take the risk. Protect all your outside inputs. Yea, you probably have property insurance to take care of it, but why be miserable and without that expensive HDTV or Blu-Ray player you got for christmas? Get it now!
