This was purchased for my husband & he is very happy with it. Previous to this particular one he tried three others that were not satsifaCTORY.
This was also less expensive, lighter weight & the head set is comfortable & very simple to set up.
We can now both enjoy listening to the TV or it can be turned low enough so I don't have to hear it at all.

These headphones amazed me with their clarity and fidelity. When I ordered and paid less than $40 I thought I might have to send these headphones back, but they have excellent sound in each ear, plus they were so easy to install with our TVs that I couldn't believe it. We highly recommend these phones instead of the far more expensive $80 to $200 ones.Customer Review: Xlnt for variable sound levels

This was our second purchase of a TV Listener. Both are occasionally used at the same time due to preferences in program sound levels. They are especially effective for late night listening in a bedroom setting. The TV Listener is easy to install and has been a trouble free product.
I would give an unqualified recommendation to this product.

this product is the most wonderful thing i have ever purchased. i experienced a hearing loss recently and have had difficulty hearing and understanding things said on the television. hearing aids are not effective because they amplify EVERYTHING picked up, which makes them useless (for me).
i am very pleased with this aid.

These headphones are a sleep saver. The sound is crystal clear and they are very comfortable to wear. It's great for people who tend to stay up and watch television who don't want to keep the other people in the house awake. My boyfriend also uses them while playing video games and says it makes the experience even more intense.
