First things first, why would anyone complain about this case? It cost me about $2.40 w/ free shipping. People throw away more than that in food in 3 days. lol :p
I shopped around for about a week before making this my final purchase. I knew I wanted a clear plastic case for extra protection. Of course this doesn't protect the screen on my iTouch......it doesn't state that it does. (Not sure why people expect it to.) I did purchase the Zagg Invisible Screen protector which is amazing! It's like having a rubber film on your screen. I highly recommend getting one! :) I got mine from BestBuy so I paid full price....boo!
I own a 64gb iTouch 3g. I haven't found one single problem with my purchase. The case fits like it's supposed to. Yes, it is hard to remove but that's a good thing. Who wants a protective case that comes off easily. Not me! Simple solution? I use a butter knife wrapped with a thick piece of fabric.....don't use a t-shirt! Something like a sweater then use the back side of the knife in the bottom right corner. It will pop right open without harming the case. (You also need to use some muscle to pop it together...but just for one corner.)
The charger and headphones fit with no problems at all. :)
I'm completely anal about protecting my $500+ investment so I use a silicone case over my hard case when I go out.
As for scratches on the hard case.....who cares. That's why you buy the hard case, so your iTouch / iPhone doesn't get messed up. lol

This case is the best investment for an IPOD that I can find on the internet!!! My Son has a Ipod Touch that once had the silcone based case on it, it ripped due to normal wear and tear. We made the decision to buy the clear hard case due to my experience with my Android based phone. We received the original case snapped it on to the Ipod and my son was off! He had it on his bicycle out for a ride, it fell to the ground and he ran it over. He was certian the Ipod was done, to his surprise, only the case cracked! He brought the Ipod home tested it and everything was good. We ordered 2 more cases, at this price it's the best protection money can buy for a $200+ Ipod!
My opinion well worth the cost, excellent company to work with ships fast and product arrives packaged with very little waste!

I know a couple of people have said that this case doesn't allow them to charge their ipod with it on, but mine fits fine. The first thing I did after putting on this case was to make sure that the charger and earphones were able to fit right. I've dropped my ipod a couple of times already and the case was able to keep it from being permanently damaged. True removing is quite difficult, but not impossible. I suggest using something to pry it open, but be careful not to break the case.
The only downside that it does start to show scratches after a while, but this seems common to most clear hard cases. Even the agent18 cases show scratches and the only difference is that you pay a higher price for a product that does the same job.
Overall, this is a great product.

I did a lot of shopping around before deciding on a case for my iPod Touch 3rd Gen. I love this case. Its very light and adds little bulk. I've dropped my iPod a few times already and you'd never know because the case did its job. Only drawback is that it will not fit into the docking port of something like an iHome. The instructions for the iHome recommend never using the device without the proper docking insert. However, I've made it a point to be very careful when docking and removing the iPod and have had no problems. For the price, its the best thing I've seen, I highly recommend it.Customer Review: Durable Protection

I bought a 32gb Ipod Touch from a friend of mine a while back and decided that I wanted to keep it protected for a long time, since I will probably never buy another mp3 player (I don't know what to do with 32gb). The case is crystal clear and just requires a snap to be placed on. I admit it is rough to take the case off but I managed to do so by running my fingernail between the slit of the cover. I would definitely recommend it if you plan to keep your Ipod Touch in good condition for a while.
