This does not fit my 32GB 3rd generation itouch, nor does it fit my brother nor my uncle's. We all have the same 3rd generation 32gb itouch and the case is a little too small to fit. You can't fit 2 pieces of paper between the crack but at the same time the snaps are too short to to hold the case shut.
