I got this case when I ordered my nano from amazon. It's cheap and I needed something to keep my new baby safe from the depths of my bag. The only thing I don't like about it is that the screen isn't covered. I can plug in my headphones fine and access the hold button fine. I can plug in the dock connector cable ok. Can't dock it with the case on though (and it's a little hard to pry off). So, that sucks. But for the money, this case is awesome.
If the lack of screen protection is a deal breaker for you (or the lack of docking capability) I suggest the agent 18 case. It covers the screen and comes with both a universal dock adaptor that will allow you to dock with the case on, and a headphone cord keeper thingie. I'll probably splurge and get one, but in the mean time, this case is doing a great job. thanks!

The case is difficult to get off, but is a must if you're not very careful or if you're accident-prone. It's a good idea, in general. It does not protect the screen, ports or the click-wheel. Dust and dirt can get underneath the case. But it protects from low-impact accidents, like being crushed by a book, used as a doggie chewtoy for a brief moment, or dropped a small distance. And it's clear plastic, so it's not as bulky or offensive if you don't like the silicone cases.Customer Review: Great gadget!

Just got a new iPod and wanted to keep it safe. I'd used a different kind of cover on my last one, but the screen kept getting dirty. This case fits snuggly enough that the screen stays clean and the rest of the unit is protected as well. I also like the fact that it's clear. It's a bit difficult to get it to snap on, but maybe it's just me. Overall, a great product.Customer Review: Perfect Fit!

Is fantastic for what it's designed for ... to protect the Ipod from scratches. Only concern I have is dropping it.... I think the plastic case would shatter and do little to provide any shock absorbsion.
