Customer Review: Don't bother - buy a QWERTY labeler

I got this as a Christmas gift, but I'm going to return it for a better labeler. The ABCD keyboard is annoying, if your going to be making a lot of labels and are able to type a labeler with a QWERTY keyboard would be much faster.
What really annoys me about this labler is that no matter how you set the margins, it always leaves a half inch of white space before the text. You can't use the built in trimmer to trim off the excess. You have to go and find a pair of scissors and cut of the extra tape. You end up throwing away at least 25% of the tape which is quite expensive.
