I love this shredder. Granted, what people are saying is true, that the basket is too small if you have a considerable amount of shredding to do, but I use a wastepaper basket that I bought and that works great. The shredder itself keeps pumping the paper through. The other day I must have shredded 500 old bills (with a 5-10 minute break every 50-75 pages) and not 1 paper jam or shut down. So far, I must have shredded 2000 pieces and it is still shredding like a champ. I haven't used the CD/DVD/Credit card shredder so I cannot critique that aspect. But seriously, if you need a cheap, durable shredder...this is the way to go.
