I recently moved & still haven't unpacked the box that my previous shredder is hiding in . . ha. I do a lot of paper work at home, so felt incomplete without a shredder.
I'm sooo glad I stumbled upon this little work horse. I love the compact size, but most of all,love it's performance! I'll never go back to a full size shredder--unless of course I open an office which would need a full size shredder. But, I truly do have much more confidence in this one compared to others that I have used at home & at work. You'll get more than your $'s worth~

This shredder is exactly what I needed for simple, easy home usage. After some extensive home cleaning I realized it had documents that dated back 5 years. I needed a shredder for home use! I read the reviews on different sites and came to came to the conclusion that this was the right item for me. It gets the job done. It's small so it can easily be stored. YES you do have to do some prep work. The shredder can only take a couple pages (folded) at one time. So far I've shredded junk mail, personal info and 3 credit cards. I purchased this shredder for at home use to shred important documents I no longer felt comfortable throwing away. It works very well and I've been able to shred as I go when doing my bills. You have to fold a piece of 8 1/2 by 11 paper before putting it in and you have to shred one piece of paper at a time, but it's fine for shredding old tax returns and statements.It only took me a few minutes to get through several years worth of tax returns. I also like that fact that the shredded remnants are recyclable as packing material for mailing things.Customer Review: A terrific find!

I had been procrastinating about a shredder for quite a while and finally went on your site to browse. I didn't want something that would take up a lot of space and primarily wanted it to shred personal info each week when I did my bookeeping. This little dandy is the size of 8" h x 10" w photo,is very lightweight and is simple to use. I put it right on top of my computer and use it all the time. It has an on, off and auto switch. Took it out of the box, plugged it in and was using it right away. Has a nice, polished look as well. Perfect!Customer Review: Perfect for home use

I really like this shredder.
1) It is compact, not taking too much space at all. The design is cute, looking much nicer than any other shredders I have seen.
2) Functions well, more than adequately for my home use. We usually shred stuff every a few weeks. A decent folder of documents gets done within a few minutes. Although I used to do shredding on an 'industry-strength' machine, I do not have any complaints on this Aurora unit.
Overall, I strongly recommend this product.
