This little guy is so strong. I use to shred my mail (anything with my name on it etc.) It is robust and I was scared it was going to be a little wimpy guy. You cannot put full paper as not wide enough but I just fold. My work as one of those big machines and anything over 8 papers it jams. I treat this guy nicely and put about 1 or 2 papers in it at a time. It can take up to 4 but why risk it. It hasn't jammed yet. It also takes credit cards which is nice. Great to have next to your desk and actively shred when your mail comes in. I cannot complain. Great for transporting. Even if I move, this little guy can go anywhere. If I come back as a shredder, I want to be this one. It's supermodel material.Customer Review: Great light-duty shredder

I have had this for a month, and purchsed it in spite of quite a few negative reviews because I refuse to spend a fortune on a shredder when all I need it for is credit card junk mail and relatively few banking / confidential documents. It does the job perfectly well. Yes, you should only put in one folded piece of paper at a time (and yes, it has to be folded because the opening is small), but it happily chewed up 30 of these in a row when I was clearing out my desk. Since then, I have used it maybe once or twice a week. The bin is small but perfectly adequate for my needs. Very straightforward to operate. Bottom line - I have found it to be excellent for what it was made for - light home use.Customer Review: Very Nice

Shredder appears very well designed, is solid, and does an excellent job as a light duty shredder backing up my large unit. Keep it on the kitchen counter to quicklly shred the never ending mail containing information that I don't want to end up in the garbage. Very easy to use. Cutter handles the daily mail with no problem at all. Minor thing is that as a small shredder the basket fills quickly and the shredded material can go back into the shredder blade. However, I specifically wanted a samll shredder so can't complain. Only thing I would prefer is if the housing for the basket was black so that the shreddings were not visable.Customer Review: great for light usage

just got it today, works great. i had two year's worth of statements to shred. im sure it could have done it all nonstop but i did half first then gave it a break before finishing the second half cause i didnt wanna risk the shredder overheating. but either way my shredding is usually light. just some junk mail and a few voided checks and it works awesome for that. it shredded staples and credit cards too. it's great for small jobs. sure you have to fold the papers in half but if you're like me and dont have much to shred it's worth it. not to mention it's compact so it fits just about anywhere.Customer Review: Just What I Needed

I use this shredder in my home office and it is just what I needed. It is small enough to sit on my desk without taking too much space. The shredder teeth seem extra strong and I have shredded several credit cards with no problems. The reservoir might seems small to some, but I like the compact size and have shredded many documents and CC without needing to empty it. About the only critique I would offer would be that you will need to fold a full size 8.5 x 11 page in half to fit into slot, but not a problem since I like to compact size. Again, the overall product seems very well made.
