I bought this as a christmas gift for my future mother in law - her husband is currently working in Hawaii, and she wanted a portable dvd player for the long flights to visit him. I looked around and this was the best deal. It comes with 2 sets of headphones, and remote, and the cables to hook it up in the car. It's an awesome deal and works just fine. The screen is a good size for sitting on a plane, I couldn't justify spending another $100 on average for the 10in screen.
We will be borrowing this for our trip to Vegas in February!

I purchased two of these as Christmas gifts for my grandchildren, ages 4 and 2. They turned out to be the best gifts I ever gave anybody.
The kids love their DVD players. They don't want to go anywhere without them, and neither does their mother. The DVDs keep them entertained in restaurants, in the car, and at home. Enjoyment for the kids and peace for the parents. I wish they had been available when my kids were little.

We bought this player a few weeks back and have enjoyed it on several trips. It plays copies and originals and is fairly loud, although we have had a few times when it would have been better if we could have turned it up louder.
We have even taken it on a day trip without the kids so we could catch up on a few old TV collections we haven't gotten to watch.
All in all a great little player.

This is a great product and it was a great deal. I love that all the extra features for the car were already there. The kids used it on a 10 hour trip and they were great. Previously, we struggled just to go three hours without a lot of complaining. This really helped. The fact that there were headphones allowed for different people to use different devises(radio, Leapster, etc..) without bothering each other.Customer Review: Saved the day!

The idea of traveling 38 hours in a car with 4 adults and two children, two and four, was daunting. So we ordered the DVD player through Amazon, had a few kids' movies and off we went. The headphones were perfect because we adults could not hear their cartoons, and the kids could get them on and off easily. Even in their car seats, they could both see the screen easily. Perfect idea for a trip!!!!
